SlashTHREE, one of our favorite collectives out there has a new exhibition, their 14th to be more precise, and it's called “Le Cirque Des Couleurs”. The theme invited the artists to not only to explore their brighter and more vibrant side but also to create free flowing, abnormal, 'circus' like imagery. The shortest month of the year in 2010 is definitely not short on content for our readers. This month was packed with some high quality content in all areas. First we have some great tutorials that cover a lot of genres like 3D, painting, typography and more. The freebies are high quality and great as always, awesome wallpapers as well as fonts and icons. And last but not least we have sets of articles and inspirational posts that are packed with great art. This month features both SlashTHREE and DepthCore releases, so get ready to be inspired and check it all out.

The super cool SlashTHREE collective presents us its 13th exhibition entitled "Unleashed". As the name suggests the artists had freedom to create and unleash all their imagination to come up with over 70 fantastic arts.

The wallpaper of this week is an amazing image created by Erik Schumacher, a German student currently studying Physics at the university of Dortmund, specialised in the fields of photomanipulation and space art, but always trying to broaden his skills into other areas such as matte painting and digital painting. Erik is contributor of the Slashthree collective as well.

Vera Oosterhof is an 18 year-old illustrator hailing from Rottum, Netherlands. She attends Minerva: Academy for Arts in the Netherlands, and hopes to pursue a career in graphic design and illustration in the near future. A member of slashTHREE, Oosterhof has strived to create fantastic artwork while maintaining a good reputation in the art community. I took the time to sit down and have a chat with her.
